[3-4-2-1]: Bruno, Dalot and Rashford out- Manchester United’s predicted lineup against Viktoria Plzen as Ruben Amorim confirms about FIVE players are not in his plan anymore, replaced them with academy players

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has confirmed one guaranteed starter for today’s Europa League clash against Viktoria Plzen on the road.

The Red Devils suffered a disappointing 3-2 defeat to Nottingham Forest in the Premier League last weekend. They have the opportunity to make amends this evening.

The club take on Plzen at the Doosan Arena and Amorim has already confirmed that defender Tyrell Malacia will be in the starting line-up for the game.

Malacia accompanied Amorim in the pre-match presser where the Portuguese acknowledged that the 25-year-old will be featuring from the off against Plzen.

Malacia recently returned to action after spending 17 months on the sidelines due to multiple knee surgeries.

He had a tough comeback game against Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League. He was at fault for one of the goals conceded.

Malacia looked more composed in the first half against Arsenal this month, but he was taken off at the interval.

Dutchman, who has been hailed as ‘amazing‘ by manager Erik ten Hag, has another big chance to prove his worth.

Diogo Dalot has impressed as a left-back in the past, but he has struggled from the wing-back position under Amorim.

This has opened the door for others to capitalise. Malacia is one of those who could take advantage of Dalot’s lean form.

Malacia has always possessed good defensive skills, but the big question is whether he can impress in an attacking sense.

He has the opportunity to make a big impression on Amorim in today’s game in Czechia.
