Bodø/Glimt coach Kjetil Knutsen can get a longer attacking weapon in the gold medal sprint: Kasper Høgh (23).
Knutsen confirmed to VG on Wednesday that both Høgh and center back Brede Moe were eligible for a comeback in the fighting squad that travels to Skien for Saturday’s game against Odd.
On Thursday, Glimt trained 11 against 11 at Aspmyra and Kasper Høgh figured in the assumed starting eleven as striker. It does not automatically mean that the Dane will start against Odd, but the probability is there.
The Bodø/Glimt coach answered this Wednesday – that is, the day before he drilled Høgh in the forward role in training – if the attacking player is ready to start.
– Yes, we mean that. But not for 90 minutes, Knutsen replied.
Høgh has not played since the 0-0 draw against Tromsø on October 19.
