Liputan6.com, Jakarta Belgian club FCV Dender is increasingly smelling of Indonesia. After recruiting Indonesian national team player Ragnar Oratmangoen, the Belgian League 1 participant will also wear apparel from Indonesia, Mills, starting next season.

Dender and Mills will collaborate for two seasons starting from 2025/2026. The certainty of Mills’ collaboration with Dender was revealed on Friday 22 November 2024. CEO of PT Mitra Kreasi Garmen, Ahau said that Mills and FCV Dender have the same vision and mission, namely introducing Indonesia to the eyes of the world.

Mills’ presence makes Dender feel even more Indonesian. The owner of Dender is also an entrepreneur from Indonesia, Sihar Sitorus.

“Mills has a vision that we are not just a local brand, we have to compete internationally, effectively we have to compete in Europe. Europe is where world-renowned brands compete. The closest opportunity is through Indonesia connections to enter Europe, like with FCV Dender which is owned by Mr. Sihar,” said Ahau.

“FCV Dender will introduce Mills in Europe, while Mills will introduce Dender in Indonesia,” he added.

The launch of Dender’s new jersey with Mills is planned to take place in June 2025 to welcome the new 2025/2026 season. This Dender jersey will also be sold in Indonesia.

“For the launch, we followed the schedule for launching the FCV Dender jersey. They started (launching), we started. The price of the jersey has not been released yet,” added Ahau.
