Seoul, South Korea) : India’s Saketh Myneni-Ramkumar Ramanathan pair won the Seoul Open men’s doubles title by defeating America’s Vasil Kirkov and Netherlands’ Bart Stevens in the final on Sunday.
In the match played here today, the Indian pair defeated the pair of Vasil Kirkov of America and Bart Stevens of Netherlands 6-4, 4-6, 10-3. This is the fourth ATP Challenger title of the Indian pair. Earlier in the semi-finals, Saketh Myneni and Ramkumar Ramanathan had defeated Nam Ji Sung of South Korea and Joshua Paris of Great Britain 7(9)-6(7), 6-4.
Myneni and Ramanathan defeated second seeds Cristian Rodriguez of Colombia and Matthew Romeo of Australia in the first round and then defeated Korean wild cards Jeong Yeongseok and Park Uisung in the quarterfinals.
