Announcement Soon: Arsenal has just completed five-years transfer deal for Europe’s most wanted striker as the club has just made official statement

Arsenal are expected to announce the signing of Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi today after they previously agreed a deal to secure his signature this summer, according to insider Hand of Arsenal.

The Gunners have agreed a £56m deal to sign Zubimendi, and he recently travelled to London in order to complete his move to the Emirates Stadium. The defensive midfielder, hailed as ‘world-class’, will join the club to bolster Mikel Arteta’s options in the middle of the park, with both Thomas Partey and Jorginho leaving the club.

Arsenal have already confirmed the signing of Kepa Arrizabalaga, who has joined the club from Chelsea, and he might not be the only player to make the switch across London. Arteta’s side have also held talks to sign winger Noni Madueke, and David Ornstein has claimed that he’s agreed personal terms with the capital club.

Arsenal Set to Announce Zubimendi Today
The Gunners are starting to make moves

Now, insider Hand of Arsenal has confirmed that the north London club are expected to announce the signing of Zubimendi today (Sunday 6th July).

“The expectation is to announce the signing of Martin Zubimendi today. There will be signs…”

Arsenal’s interest in Zubimendi has been long-standing, but it appears they are finally about to get the deal over the line. Jorginho and Partey both leaving will have undoubtedly kicked the Gunners into gear when it comes to signing a new midfielder, and they’ve invested heavily in trying to bring Zubimendi to the club.

The Spanish star won’t be the only midfielder joining the club in the summer transfer window, with Fabrizio Romano confirming that the Gunners have completed all paperwork to secure the signature of Brentford’s Christian Norgaard. The Danish international is set to arrive for a fee of around £15m, with Arsenal acting quickly to replace both Partey and Jorginho.
