Arsenal are set to complete the signing of Cristhian Mosquera with the defender currently flying to Singapore, according to The Athletic.
The Gunners have had a busy summer transfer window already with Mikel Arteta adding strength and depth to his squad as they look to finally go one step further and win the Premier League, following three consecutive second-place finishes.
But the north London club are still keen to add even more to their squad, and talented young defender Mosquera is set to become the latest addition at the Emirates Stadium.

Mosquera, who has been described as ‘unbelievable’, emerged as a target for Arsenal after their failed pursuit of Dean Huijsen, who instead opted to join Real Madrid rather than stay in the Premier League.
The Spain Under-21 international was entering the final year of his contract at Valencia and the Gunners were able to agree a deal with the La Liga outfit, while personal terms were also agreed with the player in advance.
A deal wasn’t finalised in time for the 21-year-old to be on the flight to Singapore with the rest of the squad on Saturday, but he has now been given the green light to take the trip after spending recent days finalising his move to England.
A deal is yet to be formally announced by either club, but the player travelling across the world to link up with the squad suggests that is imminent.
Arsenal have already added Kepa Arrizabalaga, Christian Norgaard, Martin Zubimendi and Noni Madueke to the team during this window, while the club are also in advanced talks with Sporting CP about signing striker Viktor Gyokeres to bolster their forward line.
