DONE DEAL: Manchester United completes first transfer signing under Ruben Amorim as superstar pens Five-years deal

Manchester United are pushing hard to strengthen the squad for Ruben Amorim before the transfer deadline ends on Monday night.

Multiple players are linked with Man Utd and one of them, who could potentially end up at Old Trafford this month is Mathys Tel.

As per today’s edition of The Mirror, Tottenham have agreed a £50million deal with Bayern Munich to sign the versatile attacker on a permanent basis.

However, for now, he only wants to leave the Bavarians on a temporary basis to play regular first team football and that is where the Red Devils may have the edge.

The British media outlet claim even Arsenal are interested but they want an obligation to make the deal permanent at the end of the season.

However, Man Utd are ‘ready to do’ a ‘pure loan deal to sign Tel and are prepared to hand him the game time that he desires the most.

TBR Football also report that United are offering the 19-year-old the chance to play straightaway.

As per today’s edition of German source AZ, Tel has turned down a move to Tottenham Hotspur.

In the current campaign, so far, the teenage attacker, who can play on the left flank and also as a center forward, has spent majority of his time on the Bayern bench.

He has only started two games in the Bundesliga thus far, one in the Champions League and one in the DFB-Pokal.

So, it is not surprising that Mel wants to leave to feature week in and week out on the football field and Man Utd are offering him exactly that.
