DONE DEAL Arsenal have completed the signings of Viktor Gyokeres and Rodrygo, the two best-performing players from last season.

Arsenal are still interested in signing Real Madrid star Rodrygo this summer despite agreeing a deal with Chelsea for Noni Madueke, Fabrizio Romano has revealed in his latest GIVEMESPORT newsletter.
The Gunners are desperate to strengthen their attacking options during the transfer window after Mikel Arteta led them to a third consecutive runners-up finish in the Premier League in 2024/25.
North London club chiefs have already brought in Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard this summer, and now all attention has turned to the attacking part of the squad.
While Arteta has made a number the top priority this summer, with advanced talks ongoing for Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres, the wide positions are also being looked at.
A £52m deal was agreed with Chelsea on Thursday night for Madueke, while the club are also said to be pursuing a deal for Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze to play out wide or as an advanced midfielder.
But it’s Rodrygo who is said to be the dream target, and while the club await clarity on his future with the Spanish giants, Romano told his GIVEMESPORT newsletter that the deals for Madueke and the Brazilian would be separate – although there are currently no talks ongoing with Real Madrid.
