HERE WE GO: Arsenal confirmed double transfer signings as those players are withdrawn from international duty ahead of the unveiling scheduled to hold today

Arsenal could be in a good position to sign Benjamin Sesko for a cut-price deal as per journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Slovenian striker has been a revelation ever since making a move from RB Salzburg to their sister club RB Leipzig. Emerging as one of the best young forwards in Europe, the 22-year-old is a target for many of the biggest teams.
As per Romano who was talking about the potential transfer on his YouTube channel:
“Arsenal started to understand the whole situation around Sesko. Contract terms, player value in terms of what RB Leipzig want, and I’m told that could be less than the reported 100 million euros. So the conversation was ongoing. Now, still nothing agreed as of today”
Arsenal Fever View:
It can be argued that the Gunners would have won the league at least once in the last three seasons if they had a clinical striker. While Sesko still has a long way to go before being one of the elite players in his position, the potential he has is extremely high.
Although Kai Havertz has done a decent job in front of goal, there is a distinct lack of threat for the north Londoners in the box. This is one area where the Leipzig striker can come in handy as his aerial presence is one of his biggest strengths.
With Mikel Arteta liking his wingers to put balls into dangerous areas near the goal, it will give the Slovenia international a lot of chances to score from. Apart from that, there are many promising signs regarding his hold-up play and particularly the ball striking.
There is a lot more work to be done for the Gunners to become an elite attacking side. Their midfield and defence is among the best in the world but without some star power up front, the promised land might still be out of reach.
Arsenal might still go for another striker with the likes of Viktor Gyokeres being suggested a serious option. But given the groundwork they have done for Sesko, the Slovenian could well be at the Emirates by the end of the transfer window. Fans will be hoping that this is the player that can help bring in the big trophies.
