Madrid: Kylian Mbappe continued his excellent form and scored his sixth goal in the last five matches as Real Madrid beat Alaves 3-2 in the Spanish football league La Liga. Mbappé got the ball inside the box in the 40th minute of the game and he beautifully converted it into the goal after bypassing a defender.

Mbappe had to leave the field in the 80th minute due to a muscle strain. Lucas Vazquez and Rodrigo also scored for Madrid. With this, Madrid has extended its unbeaten campaign in the Spanish League to 39 matches. This also includes 29 wins and 10 draws from last season.

Alaves made a good effort to make a comeback with goals from Carlos Benavidez in the 85th minute and Kike Garcia in the 86th minute, but despite getting some good chances in the last moments, they could not equalize. Mbappe now has seven goals in nine games in all competitions with Madrid. He has five goals in the Spanish league and is one goal behind Barcelona’s Robert Lewandowski.
